Once your order is received, we will contact you within 24 hours and provide shipping costs, estimated delivery date, and total amount due.

TURNAROUND:
Your mould will ship within 2-4 weeks from the date of your order. Custom moulds (those not included as available on this website) will require 6-8 weeks for delivery.
RETURN POLICY:
The workmanship and quality of your mould is 100% guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase. Our guarantee does not include any misuse and/or abuse of your mould. If for any reason your mould does not perform the way it should, contact us for repair or replacement. If you aren’t satisfied with your Moose Mould, simply return the unused mould within 30 days from purchase for a complete refund. After 30 days from purchase, or for moulds that have been used, a store credit will be issued.

Moose moulds are tested and designed to cast bullets using pure, soft lead melted at between 820-850 degrees to obtain proper bullet dimensions. Difference in lead temperature and type may affect bullet diameter.
